Spriggs & Hollingsworth Co-founder William Spriggs Leads Group of Six to Join Buchanan's Government Contracts Practice

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC announced the addition of six attorneys from Spriggs & Hollingsworth -- including its co-founder William J. Spriggs -- to the firm's Government Contracts Practice. Spriggs joins as chair of the practice, where he will be joined by his long-time partner David J. Taylor. Katherine A. Allen, David B. Dixon, Kathryn V. Flood and Rachel W.
