Deloitte Survey: Three-Quarters of Survey Participants Report Increased Concern Over Violating Anti-Bribery Law

According to a recent Deloitte survey, in the past three years, 75 percent of survey participants reported increased concern about potential violations of the anti-bribery provisions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). As a result of FCPA concerns, 42 percent of survey respondents indicated their companies had renegotiated or cancelled a planned business relationship or acquisition.
