Interface, Inc. Announces Extension of Early Tender Deadline in Tender Offer

Interface, Inc. (NASDAQ:IFSIA) (the "Company") announced that it is extending the deadline (the "Early Tender Deadline") for holders of its 10.375% Senior Notes due 2010 (the "Notes") (CUSIP No. 458665AG1) to tender their Notes and receive the total consideration of $1,045 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes, which includes the early tender payment of $30 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes, to 5:00 P.M., Eastern Time, on May 29, 2009. As previously announced, the Company is offering to purchase any and all of the Notes (the "Offer").
