Texas Supreme Court Justice Scott A. Brister to Join Andrews Kurth

Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that Texas Supreme Court Justice Scott A. Brister will join the firm as a partner. Justice Brister will focus his practice on all aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution and will lead the firm's appellate practice. He will be based in Austin and available to serve clients in all of the firm's U.S. offices. This will mark Justice Brister's second tenure with Andrews Kurth, following practice in the litigation section of the firm's Houston office from 1981 to 1989.
