National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Affairs and NACDS Foundation President Edith A. Rosato, RPh, IOM, presented to a group of over 300 attendees during the meeting of the Massachusetts Health Council (MHC) in Needham, Massachusetts. Rosato's presentation, "Transforming Pharmacy Practice: Managing a Changing Environment," detailed the evolution of community pharmacy through the years and its unique ability, as a profession, to adapt to an ever-changing environment in order to continue to serve the healthcare needs of the public.
