Guava Technologies, Inc., announced that the board of directors of Guava Technologies, Inc. has elected Lawrence F. Bruder to the position of president and chief operating officer of the company. Bruder, who joined Guava Technologies in 2004, previously held the title of vice president, corporate development and worldwide marketing. Before joining Guava Technologies, Bruder held business leadership roles as vice president at Applied Biosystems within the functional proteomics division and for Becton Dickinson's (BD) biosciences business.
