Imaging company announces U.S. management change

Given Imaging, Ltd., (GIVN) announced that Nancy L. S. Sousa, president of its U.S. subsidiary has resigned to pursue other interests. Sousa joined Given Imaging in 2002. A search is underway for an executive to lead the company to its next phase of growth. In the interim, Gavriel D. Meron, president and CEO of Given Imaging, will directly oversee the operations of the U.S. subsidiary. "We wish Nancy success in her future endeavors," said Meron. "Our U.S. operation is a cornerstone of our company. I will personally focus on implementing our sales strategy and strengthening our operational effectiveness so we can meet our plans for growth." ...
