Platelet-monocyte aggregate formation is affected by phosphodiesterase III inhibition

Scientists writing in the Journal of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia report, "The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the phosphodiesterase (PDE) type 3 inhibitor milrinone on the adhesion of platelets to monocytes in vitro.
