BioReference Laboratories announces Aetna agreement

BioReference Laboratories, Inc., (BRLI) announced that it has executed a provider participation agreement to provide Clinical Laboratory and Pathology services to Aetna members effective December 15, 2006.

BioReference will be a regional provider for laboratory services within the New York and New Jersey Metropolitan area and a national provider throughout the country for the BRLI focused national service offerings, in particular its GenPath oncology services. Aetna (AET) is one of the nation's leading diversified healthcare companies providing benefits in all fifty states to more than fifteen million medical members.
