Drink Up! SCAN Health Plan Quenches Thirst of Area Seniors With 1,000 Cases of Bottled Water From Community Water Drive

The extreme heat can make summer a dangerous time for local seniors, especially as it contributes to dehydration. To draw attention to this important issue, SCAN Health Plan Arizona challenged its business partners to a community water drive. SCAN agreed to match up to 200 cases of water donated by each organization. As a result, more than 1,000 cases of bottled water have been distributed to local community organizations and senior centers.
