Webmedx Announces That CEO Sean Carroll Has Been Appointed to the AHIMA Foundation Board of Directors

Sean Carroll, CEO of Atlanta-based Webmedx, has been appointed to serve as a board member of the philanthropic and charitable arm of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). The AHIMA Foundation, which was established in 1962, is a non-profit organization that provides development, research and scholarships for health information management (HIM) professionals. As a board member, Carroll will help to ensure that the AHIMA Foundation continues its goal of serving the healthcare industry and its consumers by providing resources for national leadership and innovation.
