Kensey Nash (KNSY) announced the appointment of Walter R. Maupay, Jr. to the position of chairman of the board of directors. Maupay has been on the Kensey Nash board since June 1995 and is a member of the company compensation and executive committees, as well as chairman of the corporate governance and nominating Committee. Maupay is a director of SyntheMed, Inc., PolyMedica Corporation, and Cubist Pharmaceuticals and is also a director of several private companies.
