GE Healthcare enters into a worldwide OEM supply agreement for imaging systems

Alpha Innotech Corp. announced that it has entered into a significant license and supply agreement with GE Healthcare. Under the terms of the agreement, Alpha Innotech, as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), will develop, manufacture, and supply a full line of imaging systems to GE Healthcare. The products will be sold exclusively worldwide under the GE brand in the life science research market.
