Priority Healthcare announces retirement of chief operating officer

Priority Healthcare Corporation (PHCC) announced the retirement of executive vice president and chief operating officer, Don Perfetto, effective June 30, 2004.

Tracy Nolan, formerly vice president, operations, mail service pharmacy, at Wellpoint Health Networks, has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Until his retirement, Mr. Perfetto will be executive vice president, special projects. Mr. Perfetto will also resign from the Priority Healthcare board of directors, effective at the May 17, 2004, board of directors meeting.
