Blue Shield of California Life & Health launches simplified plans

Continuing its push to make health insurance easier for consumers, Blue Shield of California has launched new simplified low-cost plans - a "Balance" plan portfolio for individuals and families and an additional "Essential" plan for individuals - that provide comprehensive benefits at low premium rates. The plans from Blue Shield of California Life & Health Insurance Company are available for February 1, 2007, effective dates.
