Sybase management and security technology selected by Peoplefirst Rehabilitation

Sybase iAnywhere announced that its Afaria management and security technology has been selected by Peoplefirst Rehabilitation for its more than 6,200 therapists across the country. Peoplefirst Rehab developed a mobile application for its therapists to document daily activities at the point of care with the ability to synchronize data at regular intervals. Afaria will be used to centrally manage, secure and regularly update the application on Windows Mobile 5 devices used by Peoplefirst therapists. Using the Afaria Security Manager component, Peoplefirst will also be able to ensure that patient information is kept confidential and remains compliant...
