The Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy congratulates the Senate on passage of the Food and Drug Administration Revitalization Act (S. 1082). Judith A. Cahill, executive director of the Academy, said, "This action strengthens the Food and Drug Administration's ability to conduct postmarket surveillance of prescription drug products, which will result in improved safety and outcomes for patients."
