Efforts to Weaken 75% Rule Undermine Efforts to Maintain Quality Rehabilitative Services While Saving Taxpayer Dollars

The President and CEO of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) today said legislative efforts underway on Capitol Hill to curtail full implementation of the so-called Medicare 75% rule -- which ensures quality rehabilitative services while saving taxpayer dollars -- undermines necessary efforts to transform the U.S. healthcare culture towards one that provides seniors quality care at the most cost-effective rate.
