The President and CEO of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) today said legislative efforts underway on Capitol Hill to curtail full implementation of the so-called Medicare 75% rule -- which ensures quality rehabilitative services while saving taxpayer dollars -- undermines necessary efforts to transform the U.S. healthcare culture towards one that provides seniors quality care at the most cost-effective rate.
