Health Net to Expand Medicare Service Areas in 2008

Health Net, Inc. (NYSE:HNT) announced that it intends to expand its Medicare Advantage (MA) service areas in 2008, subject to approval by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The company plans to continue to serve all of its current MA markets, also subject to CMS approval.
