Research from McMaster University, Center for Health Economics and Policy Analysis provides new data about health policy

New research, "Bringing 'the public' into health technology assessment and coverage policy decisions: from principles to practice," is the subject of a report. According to recent research from Canada, "Those making health care coverage decisions rely on health technology assessment (HTA) for crucial technical information. But coverage decision-making, and the HTA that informs it, are also inherently political."
