HRA-NCA 2009 Benefits Survey Indicates Continuing Decline In Benefits As a Percentage of Payroll

The Human Resources Association of the National Capital Area (HRA-NCA) has released its 2009 Washington DC Area Benefits Survey. HRA-NCA represents almost 600 human resource professionals in the area and is the area Chapter for the national Society of Human Resource Management. This is the 4th year that HRA-NCA has collected and separately published data on benefits provided by area employers. The survey was co-sponsored by the Washington Area Compensation and Benefits Association (WACABA) and the Washington chapter of the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network (WEB).
