Align Technology signs Invisalign distribution agreement for Australia and Hong Kong

Align Technology, Inc., (ALGN), the inventor of Invisalign, a proprietary method of straightening teeth without wires or brackets, announced an agreement giving Invisalign Australia Pty., Ltd., and Invisalign Hong Kong Pty., Ltd., sole distribution rights for the Invisalign system in Australia and Hong Kong, respectively.

Invisalign Australia Pty., Ltd., and Invisalign Hong Kong Pty., Ltd., will be owned and operated by Mark van Weelde, formerly Align's managing director, Asia Pacific.
