Valor Medical Receives Approval for First Clinical Trial Site

Valor Medical, an emerging medical device company that has developed an injectable device for the treatment of cerebral aneurysms, announced that approval for the first clinical trial in Europe has been received. Clark Adams, CEO, stated, "The approval to begin human implants is a major milestone for Valor Medical. We expect to be treating patients within the next 60 days and should have a second trial site approved at that time. Valor will also soon submit an IDE application to the FDA for approval to begin human trials in the United States."
