AcuNetx Announces Retirement of Chairman, Founder

AcuNetx Inc. (OTCBB:ANTX) announced that Charles E. Phillips, its Chairman, has retired from the Board of Directors for health reasons. The Board of Directors appointed Robert S. Corrigan, currently a member of the Board, as its new Chairman.

On behalf of the Board, Mr. Corrigan thanked Mr. Phillips for his tenure as Chairman and wished him the best. "Chuck Phillips will be missed by AcuNetx for his years of insightful advice and tireless devotion to the Company," stated Mr. Corrigan.
