New anesthesia study findings have been published by scientists at Kirikkale University, Medical Department

"The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare the effects of inhalation anesthetics (sevoflurane and isoflurane) on hearing function by using an audiometric test battery. A prospective, randomized, double-blind, clinical trial. University hospital," scientists in Kirikkale, Turkey report.

"Fifty-three adult patients (American Society of Anesthesiologists I-II) scheduled for sinonasal surgery with intratracheal general anesthesia were enrolled in the study.
