This patent, issued to Drs. Kajander and Ciftcioglu of Nanobac's wholly owned subsidiary, Nanobac OY, along with previous U.S. patent 5,135,851, "Culture and Detection Method for Sterile-Filterable Autonomously replicating Biological Particles," completes the intellectual property estate for the company with respect to nanobacterial science.
These patents, in combination, represent a significant advancement in the company's ability to aggressively pursue its business plan, and protect its intellectual property.
