New nanobacteria patent announced

Nanobac Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (NNBP) has announced the printing of U.S. patent 6,706,290, "Methods for Eradication of Nanobacteria."

This patent, issued to Drs. Kajander and Ciftcioglu of Nanobac's wholly owned subsidiary, Nanobac OY, along with previous U.S. patent 5,135,851, "Culture and Detection Method for Sterile-Filterable Autonomously replicating Biological Particles," completes the intellectual property estate for the company with respect to nanobacterial science.

These patents, in combination, represent a significant advancement in the company's ability to aggressively pursue its business plan, and protect its intellectual property.
