Home Diagnostics, Inc. (Nasdaq:HDIX), a leading manufacturer and marketer of diabetes testing supplies, announced that on March 2, 2007, the United States District Court, Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis Division granted a Summary Judgment ruling in favor of Home Diagnostics for non-infringement and denied the Roche Diagnostics Corporation, Roche Diagnostics Operations, Inc. and Corange International Ltd.
