AFP Co-Founder, Donald Rabinovitch, Retires

AFP Imaging Corporation (OTC: AFPC:PK) announced that Donald Rabinovitch, co-founder and President of the company, has retired from AFP to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Rabinovitch has been with the company since its inception 30+ years ago. The company indicated that Mr. Rabinovitch's duties and responsibilities will be transitioned to other members of the executive leadership team and that the role of President will not be filled at this time.
