Quick-Med Technologies, Inc., (QMDT) announced that its common stock has begun trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol QMDT.

Quick-Med Technologies (QMT) is a biotech/medical device company developing advanced technologies that QMT believes will fundamentally change several key product markets.

The company will initially focus on commercializing two core technologies: its Matrix Metalloproteinase Inhibitor technology (ilomastat) and an advanced polymer with properties that include super absorbency, hemostasis, and a high-level of antimicrobial efficacy.
