Supplier of oscilloscopes names Scott D. Kantor as CFO

Kantor, who has served as the company's vice president and corporate controller since 1999, succeeds Raymond F. Kunzmann, who will remain as a consultant to the company.
Kantor is a CPA with 17 years of experience in corporate accounting and financial management.
