Tests for flatness, conformity, and auto-fluorescence have shown that the "Nexterion" Slide A meets these demanding criteria and is ideally suited for this application. The results of hybridization tests carried out using "Nexterion" Slide A have been shown to be significantly more reliable due to its high degree of uniform coating and extensive quality control. The improvement lies in the combination of the special borosilicate glass with the unique multi-aminosilane coating.
