Iowa University Hospitals committed to transplant program

Recent resignations have left the hospital with one surgeon to transplant livers, kidneys and pancreases.
You Min Wu, MD, former liver transplant director, left the University of Iowa in July.
"When we became aware in March that Wu was considering leaving, we started immediately to make decisions about the future of this program," Katen-Bahensky said.
Stephen Rayhill, MD, resigned in August.
