Orthopedic device company names Michael Mogul president, Jeffrey Lawson exec VP

Stryker Corporation (SYK) announced that Michael P. Mogul has been appointed president, Stryker Orthopaedics. Since 2000, Mogul has been the managing director of Stryker Germany, Austria and Switzerland where he led the rebuilding of these organizations following the Howmedica acquisition.

From 1994 through 2000, Mogul was vice president of sales for the Osteonics Division of Stryker. He began his career with Stryker in 1989 as a sales representative for Stryker Instruments.

Mogul received a BSc degree from the University of Colorado and attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
