Novel QRT-PCR-based exponential sample amplification method developed

A novel method provides exponential amplification of RNA samples with preserved expression ratios for microarray analysis.

"Conventional approaches to target labeling for gene expression analysis using microarray technology typically require relatively large amounts of RNA, a serious limitation when the available sample is limited," scientists in Hungary noted.
