Spin-focused company reports revenues up 107%, profit increase for Q1 2005

Zynex Medical Holdings, Inc. (ZYNX), a provider of pain management systems and electrotherapy products for medical patients with functional disability, announced record financial results for first quarter ended March 31, 2005, that include an increase in revenues and a return to profitability.

Net revenues from sales and rental of products increased 107.2% to $544,943, compared with $262,941 in the first quarter of 2004. Zynex had a net profit of $56,080, or $0.002 per share, compared with a net loss of $186,992, or $0.01 per share, in the corresponding period a year ago.
