According to a recent review from the United States published in the journal Technology in Cancer Research & Treatment, prostate cancer radiation therapy is aided by the use of gene therapy. "The advances in radiotherapy (3D-CRT, IMRT) have enabled high doses of radiation to be delivered with the least possible associated toxicity.
