CeraPedics and BioD announce collaboration agreement for development of orthopedic products

CeraPedics LLC and BioD LLC announced they have signed an agreement to develop products for the orthopedic market using CeraPedics' proprietary P-15 bone graft substitute technology and BioD's proprietary stem cell procurement procedure.

The companies anticipate that negotiations and planning for the extension of this agreement into a long-term relationship will be finalized after initial feasibility studies are completed.
