Arcadia Resources completes Lovell Medical Supply acquisition

Arcadia Resources, Inc., (KAD), a leading national provider of home care, staffing services, and related home care equipment, announced that it has acquired Lovell Medical Supply, Inc., a respiratory and durable medical equipment (DME) company with locations in Mount Airy, Elkin, North Wilkesboro and Statesville, North Carolina. Lovell Medical Supply currently generates approximately $3 million in annualized revenues.
