Research on cataract in children published by scientists at Kaplan Medical Center, Department of Ophthalmology

New investigation results, "Ocular axial length changes in pseudophakic children after traumatic and congenital cataract surgery," are detailed in a study published in Journal of AAPOS. According to recent research published in the Journal of AAPOS, "Pseudophakic children tend to develop a large myopic shift. This may be in part due to accelerated growth in axial length."
