IVAX Diagnostics Announces the Date of Its 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

IVAX Diagnostics, Inc. (AMEX:IVD) announced that its 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on August 1, 2007, in Miami, Florida.
