According to recent research from the United States, "To examine the relationship between surgical volume and complications and resource utilization for myomectomy. This retrospective cross-sectional study in a university hospital setting (Brigham and Women's Hospital) analyzed 527 consecutive women with uterine fibroids who underwent abdominal myomectomy."
