In this paper, we describe a novel approach of laparoscopic en bloc partial cystectomy and umbilectomy. We emphasize the importance of complete resection of the tumor and umbilicus and prevention of tumor spillage during the procedure," wrote E.S.Y. Chan and colleagues, Chinese University of Hong Kong.
