"This prospective randomized study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of two common analgesic techniques, thoracic epidural patent-controlled analgesia (Epidural PCA), and intravenous patient-controlled analgesia (IV PCA), in patients undergoing lobectomy by the video-assisted thoracic surgical (VATS) approach.
