2010 DEC 19 -- Investigators publish new data in the report 'Biomechanical comparison of posterior cervicothoracic instrumentation techniques after one-level laminectomy and facetectomy.' "Posterior instrumentation is the preferred method of fixation in the unstable cervicothoracic junction (CTJ).
