AI-700 study suggests ultrasound with AI-700 compares well to nuclear imaging

Acusphere, Inc., (ACUS) announced that data from its phase II clinical trials of AI-700 were the subject of two presentations at the annual scientific meeting of the American Society of Echocardiography held in San Diego, California.

One conclusion in particular from these presentations indicated that based upon AI-700's phase II results, stress myocardial perfusion echo with AI-700 performed well in a comparison with nuclear stress perfusion in patients being evaluated for coronary heart disease.
