Acceletronics, Cablon sell TheraView systems for image guided radiotherapy verification

Acceletronics, Inc., a U.S. provider of oncology equipment service and distributor of new and pre-owned radiotherapy equipment, announced that it has sold 6 TheraView Electronic Portal Imaging Devices (EPID) to free standing cancer treatment centers in California, Oregon and Washington.

The TheraView EPID is an image guided radiotherapy (IGRT) cancer treatment verification system, designed by Dutch manufacturer Cablon Medical BV. Acceletronics and Cablon have a strategic alliance to market and support the new TheraView Technology line of portal imaging systems.
