Study 1: A study from Australia has reported that multi-tracer small animal PET imaging reveals tumor response to pan-Erb-B inhibitor CI-1033.
"This study was designed as 'proof of concept' for a drug development model utilizing multi-tracer serial small animal PET imaging to characterize tumor responses to molecularly targeted therapy," wrote D.S. Dorow and colleagues, Peter MacCallum Cancer Center.
