Study findings from Southern Medical University, Cancer Institute provide new insights into nasopharyngeal carcinoma therapy

New research, "An imageable metastatic treatment model of nasopharyngeal carcinoma," is the subject of a report. "Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is highly prevalent in southern China and is often resistant to current treatment options. Clinically relevant mouse models are necessary for further understanding and drug discovery in this disease," scientists writing in the journal Clinical Cancer Research report.
