Researchers at Fudan University have published new data on clonazepam therapy

According to recent research published in the journal Chromatographia, "A sensitive and specific high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method has been developed and validated for the determination of clonazepam in rat plasma. Clonazepam and internal standard diazepam were extracted from plasma samples by a single-step protein precipitation."

"The chromatographic separation was performed on a Dikma ODS-C18 reversed-phase column at 40 A degrees C.
