Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI monitors ovarian graft neovascularization.

According to a study from Israel, "it has been suggested that ovarian cryopreservation and xeno-transplantation can be used to preserve oocytes from damage during anticancer treatments. The main obstacle to subsequent ovarian grafting is loss of oocytes due to impaired perfusion. The aim of this study was to characterize angiogenic events following ovary xenotransplantation."
